We are a tilapia hatchery in Banga, South Cotabato, producing saline, sex-reversed (SRT) tilapia fingerlings. Since 2023 we have supplied quality fry and fingerlings to fish farmers across Mindanao and the Visayas, along with the growing advice that goes with them. Our own strain, AR&C-SH1, is a saline hybrid bred to perform in fresh and brackish water alike.

A saline hybrid

AR&C-SH1 is a hybrid tilapia developed for both freshwater and brackish-water farming, with strong adaptability across the two.

Fresh or brackish

It tolerates salinity of roughly 10–⁠20 PPT, so it holds up in brackish water where conventional freshwater tilapia can have difficulty thriving.

Raised from the egg

Eggs are incubated and the fry nursed on site, so every batch is handled here from spawn to the day it leaves for your pond.

Book ahead, grow on time

Growers reserve their batch in advance so the fry are ready when the pond is. More than 200 come back and book again.

AR&C-SH1 is a versatile hybrid tilapia developed for both freshwater and brackish-water farming. It offers strong adaptability and can tolerate salinity of approximately 10–⁠20 PPT, making it well suited to brackish-water areas where conventional freshwater tilapia may have difficulty thriving.

Harvest

Our growers have raised 3,780,000 kg of tilapia from AR&C fry, and delivered it to their communities as food on the table across Mindanao and the Visayas.

We deliver sex-reversed tilapia fingerlings to SOCCSKSARGEN, Davao Region, Caraga, Iloilo and Bacolod. Prefer to collect? Pick up at AR & C Agriventures Tilapia Hatchery in Brgy. Punong Grande (Barrio 2), Banga, South Cotabato — by appointment, booked 2–3 weeks ahead. No minimum order for pickup.

Close to the farm: growers in Koronadal, Surallah, Tantangan, Sto. Niño, Norala, Lake Sebu, T’boli, Tupi, Polomolok, Tampakan, General Santos, Isulan and Tacurong can pick up at the hatchery or have their fry delivered.

Where can I buy tilapia fingerlings in South Cotabato?

At AR & C Agriventures Tilapia Hatchery in Brgy. Punong Grande (Barrio 2), Banga, South Cotabato. We produce saline, sex-reversed (SRT) tilapia fingerlings from our own AR&C-SH1 breeder strain, for growers across the province — Koronadal, Banga, Surallah, Lake Sebu, T’boli, Tupi, Polomolok and General Santos. Do you deliver tilapia fingerlings?

Yes. We deliver to SOCCSKSARGEN, Davao Region, Caraga, Iloilo and Bacolod. Call us to schedule the quantity, size and delivery date.

Can I pick up at the hatchery?

Yes, by appointment. Please book 2–3 weeks ahead so your batch is ready. There is no minimum order for pickup.

How much are your fingerlings?

Are your fingerlings sex-reversed?

Yes. We only sell sex-reversed tilapia fingerlings. Our AR&C-SH1 saline hybrid strain grows in freshwater and brackish-water ponds, tolerating about 10–20 PPT salinity.

Do you supply fingerlings for cage culture and commercial ponds?

Yes. Our growers include cage farmers, commercial fishpond farms, backyard growers and brackish-water pond operators. Call us with your pond or cage size and we will talk through quantity and fingerling size.

Is AR & C Agriventures BFAR accredited?

Yes. We are a BFAR-accredited hatchery and the first artificial incubation facility in Region 12.
