We respect your privacy and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. This notice explains what these websites collect and why.
Visit statistics — Google Analytics 4
When you visit either site, Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, the buttons you click (for example “Call”, “Text” or “Get directions”), your approximate location (city level), your device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this only to understand which pages help growers and to improve the sites. Google processes this data for us; see Google’s privacy policy.
Facebook / Meta pixel
Both sites use the Meta pixel to count visits that come from our Facebook posts and ads, to know when someone taps to call, text or message us, and to show our ads to people who have visited. Meta receives these visit and click events, not anything you type. See Meta’s privacy policy.
The free grow-out calculators
Numbers you enter in the calculators on tools.arandcagriventures.com are not sent to us, Google or Meta.
When you contact us
If you call, text, email or message us on Facebook or Messenger, we use your name, number and message only to answer you, arrange your order, delivery or pickup, and keep a record of the transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel use cookies or similar browser storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook account.
How long we keep data
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Order and contact records are kept as long as needed for the order and for legal and tax requirements.
Your rights
